Timorasso and Sauvignon Bianco –

It’s end of April, the young vines for our ‘white’ have arrived. By the end of the week, the new white wine should be “planted” and ready for growing… For our white wine we rely on two wine varieties. An old and once widespread variety in Piedmont, the Timorassa, and the Sauvignon Bianco.
