The holiday villa has everything you would expect from a family holiday in Italy. There is a large sitting area, an open fireplace and a music room with Steinway grand piano.

The sitting area is adjacent to a TV room with a Smart TV. In addition there is also a separate bar leading to a games room with a pool table and 3 separate gaming tables.
There is also a majestic dining room with a large table that seats 18 people.

You will find a well equipped kitchen with two large fridges, two dishwashers, two ovens, an induction hob and a gas hob. There is also a smaller dining table in the kitchen that seats 6 people.

A unique feature of the Piedmont villa is the party-pizza room which was the former coach house. It has a large wood fired pizza oven and an impressive wooden table with 20 chairs.
