The rental villa has a 180 square meter outdoor terrace. A perfect place for a family holiday or a wedding party. It has a magnificent view over the Monferrato hills. The tranquility of the Piedmont hills makes the terrace a unique place to relax. You’ll find a terrace equipped with a stainless steel outdoor kitchen and a table with 20 chairs and a lounge aera. Children can play on the adjacent lawn.

To complete your family holiday in Italy, there is a 12m heated swimming pool. Additionally there is a terrace with 10 sunbeds and a separate outdoor shower.

Furthermore, the property has also a bocce court, ideal for playing this ancient Roman sport or one of its sister sports, such as French petanque.

The winery estate also has an additional 22 acres of woodland, ideal for short hikes, picnics or relaxing. Grills and fires are not allowed on the property.
