Tenuta CostaRossa is designed for a villa rental holiday in Italy. It is located in the heart of Piedmont (Fubine Monferrato), 30 minutes from Asti , 60 minutes from Turin, 90 minutes from Milan. You’ll find it the ideal place for a family holiday. In addition, the CostaRossa winery covers an area of 40 acres and comes with a 19th century vacation villa. Additionally it has a swimming pool, located in the middle of the vineyards.
The original villa has been converted into a large country vacation house with plenty of space to accommodate guests and families for a holiday in Italy. You have 7 bedrooms to choose from, each with its own bathroom. Hence, the Italian villa can accommodate up to 18 people. It is suitable for family vacations, holidays with friends or even for a family wedding associated with a holiday in Italy.
You love to cook? You’ll love the well-equipped kitchen. The rental villa has two ovens, two dishwashers, an induction hob and a gas hob. You can dine at the large table in the dining room or in the former coach house which has been converted into a ‘pizzeria’ with pizza oven. Furthermore there is a games room with full length billiard table, chess and games tables.
You will enjoy the spacious terrace of the rental villa. It has an outdoor kitchen, plenty of seating and a lounge area. Families will enjoy the heated swimming pool (12m) with 10 reclining sun chairs and views on the vineyard. Ample parking is are provided.
