To the left of the entrance is the large kitchen with small breakfast nook for the first espresso in the morning. On the right side of the entrance is the guest toilet.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining area with a table seating 18 people, open to the living room. The living area has plenty of seating and is divided into several alcoves. You can sit in front of the open fireplace, the music corner with Steinway grand piano or the TV area. Separated by a bar is the games room with a large antique pool table.

The terrace and the additional dining room with pizza oven can be accessed from the ground floor.
