The guests can enjoy an 180 square meter large outdoor terrace with a magnificent view over the Monferrato hills. The tranquility of the environment makes from the terrace a unique place to relax. The terrace is equipped with a stainless steel outdoor kitchen and has an table with 20 chairs as well as a cosy seating area. Children can play on the adjacent lawn.

The newly constructed 12m heated swimming pool has also a large terrace with 10 sunbeds, and a separate outdoor shower.

The property has also a Bocce court, ideal for playing this ancient Roman sport or one of its sister sports like the French petanque.

The estate has an additional 22 acres of woodland, ideal for some smaller hikes, picnicking or relaxing. Grills and fires are not allowed on the property.
